Eric Jourgensen, Ed.D., is a South Florida educator, journalist, author, speaker, and student-media adviser. His work focuses on helping students and adults navigate misinformation, persuasion, artificial intelligence, journalism, media literacy, and an increasingly complicated information environment. He is the author of The Deadline Plate, Book One of The Chronicle Keepers, now available in paperback and Kindle, and the media-literacy project Everything I Told You Was True: How True Facts Mislead Us and How to See What’s Missing.
